We offer a variety of services both on the farm and off the farm. On the farm, we offer the opportunity to get up close with our animals as you learn more about them and pet them. We also offer pony rides, horseback trail rides, photography passes, day camps and are a popular farm venue destination for corporate events, birthday parties, family reunions, field trips, elopements, and gatherings. We offer several options to amateur and professional photographers to obtain the photographer pass on the farm that meets their needs. Our mobile services include our mobile pony rides and one of Ohio's largest mobile petting zoos. We travel all over central Ohio year round! We've been known to cross the state line a few times into neighboring states.
What are your hours? Our farm does not have set hours where we are open to the public. We do not accommodate drop-in visitors.
We offer public events a few times each year. Our public events are listed on our website, shared on social media, and listed as an event on Facebook. We never sell advance tickets to these events. We offer private events on the farm. We can host your special day on the farm and are happy to make all the necessary arrangements with you in advance. Additionally, we offer trail rides, photographer passes, farm tours, day camps, and more for those looking for a unique and unforgettable experience! To ensure the best experience possible, all of these exciting activities must be scheduled in advance.
Please note that, like you, we're a busy family with busy schedules. We do not have posted hours, however, we do our best to answer your phone calls, voice mails, and emails to schedule private farm tours, corporate events, birthday parties, trail rides, celebrations, and more!. With that said, we are caring for our family, animals, and home during these hours too. We're truly a small family business and doing our best. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to accommodate your needs and provide the best experience possible.
What is a farm tour? During a farm tour, we provide the opportunity to get to know fun facts about our animals and their stories while you interact with them. This is ideal for private groups, families, field trips, senior living facilities, and more. We have ample parking to accommodate your guests.
Can we bring our own food for our event on the farm? Yes, at Horse-N-Round Fun, we hear this question a lot. When you book your special event at our farm venue, you are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We do ask that you do not bring straws as they can harm our animals if they don't make it into a proper trash receptacle. We have picnic tables where you can enjoy food during your special event on the farm.
Do I need to make a reservation in advance to visit Horse-N-Round Fun?
The only time we are open to the public is during our public events which are promoted on our website and social media. These are not ticketed events and you pay as you enter our farm. All other events that happen on the farm are made by booking a date and paying a deposit. This is the way we can have the availability and resources to accommodate your needs. We never accept drop-in visitors to our farm as we're busy serving other clients, caring for our animals and being a family as we operate our small, local, family-owned hobby and sanctuary-style farm.
Are your pony rides suitable for all ages?
Yes, our pony rides are designed to be enjoyed by riders of all ages and abilities and for weights up to 250 pounds. If you need to accommodate riders over 250 pounds, please contact us and discuss your needs.
What is a Photography Pass? Our photography passes are for photographers and videographers who want to bring their clients onto our farm and enjoy the scenic landscapes or photos of their clients with our animals or provide an animal encounter where they capture amazing moments. If you are hosting an event on our farm or hosting us at your location, you are welcome to take pictures! You do not need a photography pass to take pictures at your own event on or off our farm. No drones permitted.
Are we allowed to bring our pets onto the farm? We look forward to welcoming you and your family to enjoy activities on the farm, but please leave your furry friends at home. This policy is in place to keep your pets and our animals stress-free and safe, so everyone can have fun on the farm! Thank you for your understanding.
What is the best way to get in touch? If you want to book an event and you don't have any questions, please reserve your date and pay your deposit online. Please send an email to horsenroundfun@gmail.com if you have questions and we'll answer you as soon as possible, unless it is a weekend (which for us is Friday, Saturday & Sunday) then it could take a little bit longer.
