We love sharing our farm with visitors, but we're not open to the public every day. Please make a reservation as we'd love to share our animals with you! We also have special Public Event Farm Days when you can come and experience encounters with our animals, pony rides, and hands-on experiences. Other than that, we welcome guests that have reserved private parties and farm tours in advance.If you're planning a private party or farm tour, we'd love to have you discover the joy of animals with our hands-on educational experiences! At Horse -N- Round Fun LLC, we want to make your party planning as easy and stress-free as possible. You're welcome to bring your own decorations and tablecloths to personalize the party space.
When it comes to refreshments, feel free to bring your own food, cake, and ice cream to share with your guests. Whether you'd like to grill out, cater in, have pizza delivered or crock pot meals, we do not have any restrictions besides no alcohol or smoking on the farm. Are you planning a party, birthday celebration, or special occasion? Make your event a memorable one at Horse-N-Round Fun LLC. But before you start sending out the invites, please note that your event is not yet secured until you have booked your party reserving a date and paid your deposit. Here are the easy steps you need to follow to guarantee your booking:
Step 1: On our website and click on the "BOOK ONLINE NOW" tab to start the booking process.
Step 2: Once you've selected the date and party package you want along with any party boosters, make sure to sign the Terms, agreeing to our policies and procedures.
Step 3: A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. A processing fee may be applied if you pay by credit card.
Step 4: Once your booking is confirmed, you'll recieve an automatic e-mailed invoice for your party package.

Respectful Guidelines for a Safe and Memorable Visit to Our Farm
  • Absolutely no smoking, vaping, drugs or drinking alcohol on or around our horses and/or animals at any time.
  • Please help keep our animals safe. no straw plastic straw wrappers - the popular kids drinks with straws have plastic wrappers that wreak havoc for our animals.
  • Areas where pony rides take place or where animal enclosures are set up should remain clear of toys, dog waste, glass and trash.
  • Horses and animals should be respected. No hitting, purposely spooking, spraying or dumping water or any type of liquid on them, throwing balls and/or any other object at our horses or animals, squeezing or stepping on bunnies or other animals.
  • No type of food or treats are to be fed to our horses or animals except types approved by us and available as you enter. You must monitor children petting/feeding horses and/or animals, keeping fingers and hands flat at all times. We strive to give a positive and wonderful experience and expect the same positive behavior from all guests. We have the right to refuse service at any time during your on-the-farm party, mobile party or farm tour (full payment still due with no refund or prorated amount) if these rules are violated in any way.
Cancellation Policy
  • Parties require $100.00 non refundable deposit due upon booking.
  • The remaining is due upon arrival at our farm the day of your party. You may choose to pay the balance before your party time starts for no interruptions later during the party.
  • In the event that you need to reschedule your party, you must give a minimum of a 24 hour notice for us to transfer your deposit for a later date or for it to remain as a credit for a future event with us.
  • Your deposit will be forfeited if you reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours.
